The week leading up to the weekend saw the Littlies spend the week Saturday to Friday with their Dad in Lowestoft. This meant while I worked in London, Reenie was all by herself in Norwich. So she wouldn’t get bored with all the housework she came down to London to spend some time with me. I still worked having oinly just started the job but was only a 10 min wlak from work and we had the evenings to ourselves. It was a great time and really made the week more enjoyable…

So come Saturday, our plans to head out the house promptly were scuppered by the delivery of Disney Infinity on Xbox 360. The littlies were very excited by being able to play with it a bit before we headed out. To the extent we didn’t get out of the house til midday. And due to our tardiness all the car parks were full by the time we we were looking to park so we headed to the pay & display near the Adam & Eve, loose change clutched tightly in our little hands…

We didn’t really have any plans as such just enjoying a bimble about the city. The strange thing was despite all the recent good weather; and it was still warm. it looked like it would rain. We were left with with the prospect of either getting wet or getting too hot wearing a rain mack… Thankfully all members of Team GB were equipped with umbrellas which the two smaller members were all to keen to pop up at the merest suggestion of rain… Unfortunately Kieran has trouble walking distraction free in a straight line. Give him an umbrella and anyone at his eye level is in probably danger of receiving some sort of ocular related injury,..

We bought some bits and bobs and had a nibble and headed home for some more Disney Infinity action!

Sunday saw us visit Stephen Lockwood to celebrate his 40th only forgetting a present and a card. It was good to see him and see how he’s doing. Nick and Cath were there and we enjoyed a few drinks with friends before heading home early evening…

Monday we enjoyed our own BBQ which felt really nice just relaxing at home in the good weather. It was made all the more enjoyable knowing the next day I would be working from home… Short week for me!!
